Simon is responsible for the delivery of  the DBF  procurement framework and sources  the  suppliers  and  contractors who help us with emergency and general repairs and maintenance across the Diocesan property portfolio and other key service contracts.

Simon oversees the buying and  selling  of  properties and associated conveyancing  with  Wilsons Solicitors, manages the relationship with Strutt and  Parker on glebe development and appoints agents on the letting of rental properties. Simon  arranges  the  insurance, upkeep, and disposal of Redundant Churches in collaboration with the National Church.

Working hours Monday – Friday, 9.00-17:00
