Who We Are
St Katharine’s is a vibrant and welcoming church at the heart of the village of Holt. Our church family is authentic in faith, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and expectant for all that God will do in us and through us. Alongside our regular Sunday worship, we offer a range of activities and outreach events for all ages, including a thriving Tiny Tots group, Café Church, Outdoor Church and invitation suppers. These activities reflect our wider commitment to growing ministry among children, young people and families.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and grow a team of volunteers
- Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities for children and young people
- Create fresh and imaginative ways to connect with young people in our local community
- Help children and young people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and feel at home within our church family
- Work collaboratively with the wider ministry team to integrate youth and children’s work into the life of the church
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely and in line with safeguarding best practice
Location: St Katharine’s Church, Holt in Wiltshire
Hours: 38 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Start date: 1 November 2026 (or as soon as possible)
