Director of Engagement
Rebecca works with Bishops and the senior leadership team to provide a strategic oversight to all communications. She also manages external relationships with the media and other influencers.

Allana Duncan
Communications and Events Officer
Allana is responsible for our core daily and monthly communications, including the prayer diary, e-bulletins and the website. She also posts to our social media channels and does design and video editing. She is currently coordinating the Volunteers Day and Gypsy Roma Traveller conference.

Will Triffitt
Digital Engagement Officer
Will is responsible for building online engagement across the Diocese with the vision and strategy, and helping local churches to develop their own digital engagement. He also assists in the daily communications work, designing and producing digital content for the website and social media.

Anna Hardy
Giving Advisor
Anna supports our churches to help raise funds for Ministry and Mission, helping to embed a fundraising strategy that raises unrestricted income through the Parish Giving Scheme, alongside other fundraising channels. She can also advise on stewardship days, legacies, and giving as part of Christian discipleship.

Harry is the Digital Giving Officer for the Salisbury Diocese. His role is to help parishes with the technical aspects of enabling digital giving, contactless devices, websites, and with their A Church Near You presence.

Grants Officer
Fiona is here to support any parish making grant applications, and especially those making applications to the Places of Worship Renewal Fund, and National Lottery Heritage Fund. With advice on shortlisting funders to writing a solid case for support, she can also read and critique applications, with enough notice!

Project Manager Anglican Heritage Salisbury
Sarah manages Anglican Heritage Salisbury, an exciting new project to support fragile heritage churches, funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The project is looking at the challenges facing churches, and how we can best look after churches and support the communities who care for them. You will also see the Anglican Heritage Salisbury team promoting events like Heritage Open Days.

Revd Katharine Robinson
Racial Justice Officer
Katharine focuses on promoting racial justice across the diocese in different ways. This includes working with the vocations team to encourage diverse vocations, supporting diocesan networks and leaders, and offering support to parishes.
Katharine is always happy to be invited to have conversations with parishes who are looking to explore this area. Katharine’s role is funded by the Racial Justice Unit of the Church of England.

Emily Heaver
Volunteer & Operations Support Officer (Pewsey)
Based in the Pewsey deanery, Emily supports the clergy and volunteers who manage 26 of our rural churches. This is a pioneering role designed to serve as a bridge between diocese and parish and is funded for an initial three-year period. Key to her role is the identification of common concerns and potential time savings within the deanery, always with a view to freeing up time for mission.

Toni works with churches on engaging the community in the church building and on ideas for developing it as a community asset.
