Lay Vacancies

Closing Date: 19 October 2026

Families Pastor, Wimborne Minster

As a lay member of the team, you will help families find faith and develop as disciples of Jesus through the life and wide-ranging worship of the Minster.

Worship Pastor, St Mary’s Longfleet

We are looking for a Worship Pastor with this heart: someone prophetic and radically committed to ministering to the presence of God, releasing the heart of the Father and the singular pursuit of God above all things. We are looking for someone who will model, disciple and release both the team and the wider church into the prioritisation of His presence.

Look at the work of Lay ministers here.
