Keith Watts has been playing the organ since 1953, when he was 15.

Having only missed two years of playing due to National Service, Keith has now played for over 70 years at St Thomas a Becket Church in Lydlinch, Dorset.

Keith is estimated to have played nearly 15,000 hymns on St Thomas’ 1924 reed organ.

The church needs over £120,000 for repairs, and its next fundraiser, an afternoon of poetry and fundraising, is on Sunday 27 September at 14:30
