The Warden of LLMs
Diocesan Support for LLMs is provided by the Bishop of Sherborne as Warden of LLMs, and Judy Anderson as Associate Warden. Judy is an LLM and Lay Canon of Salisbury Cathedral. They are assisted by the Administrator for LLMs, Andrea Dredge, and Lay Ministry Development Officer, Karen Hutchinson.

Moving to the Diocese of Salisbury as an LLM
Welcome! We are glad to have you here, and hope you will want to exercise your ministry. Once you have found a local church which feels like the place God is calling you to, and had a conversation with your incumbent, please contact the LLM Administrator to obtain the necessary forms for transferring your licence or permission to officiate. It is usual to worship somewhere for at least six months before making the formal application.
More details about the process are available here.
Continuing Ministerial Development
We encourage all LLMs to take their continuing development seriously, and to attend such training events and courses as will enrich their ministry and wellbeing. Most of the events in the CMD mailing (Continuing Ministerial Development) are open to lay ministers as well as clergy, and you will find there information on Retreats, Quiet Days, Events, Courses and Spiritual Accompaniment.
