Monday 8 December: Salisbury St Mark and Laverstock St Andrew, Salisbury Deanery   

Eternal God,   

We pray for the benefice of Salisbury St Mark and Laverstock St Andrew for all who work, play and pray there. We pray for the Revd Andy Bousfield and all lay ministers and leaders who serve you in this place. 

We thank you for their faithful work and ministry to local communities. 

We pray for the staff, students and parents of: 

Sarum St Mark's Junior School 

Laverstock St Andrew's Primary School 

Wyvern St Edmund's Academy

Tuesday 9 December: Salisbury & District Hospital & Hospice, Fountain Way Hospital and New Hall Hospital  

God of all blessings, we hold before you Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury Hospice, Fountain Way Hospital and New Hall Hospital, for staff, patients, families and loved ones. We also raise to you the chaplaincy team, that they may know your peace and grace in the difficult work they do.

Wednesday 10 December: St Nicholas Hospital, Salisbury Deanery  

Loving God,   

We pray for your abundant blessing on St Nicholas Hospital, that you will guide and bless all who worship and live there, including its Master, David Gardiner. 

In our link diocese, we pray for the Rt Revd Abraham Yei Nhial, Bishop of Aweil in South Sudan.

Thursday 11 December: Sarum College 

Living Lord,   

We pray for Sarum College, that your Holy Spirit will move in this place, that the Spirit will bless the students and the Principal, James Woodward. 

We thank you for all those in our diocese at this busy time, that you may grant them peace and joy as they work to spread your word.

Friday 12 December: Alderbury Deanery 

O Lord,   

We pray for your blessing upon the communities of Alderbury and the ministry of the Rural Dean, Peter Ostli-East, and Lay Chair, Debbie McIsaac. We ask for your blessing on all those who worship in this deanery.

Saturday 13 December: Bourne Valley, Alderbury Deanery 

Loving God, 

We raise to you all who worship and serve in the parishes of Bourne Valley and ask for your blessing on the clergy, Peter Ostli-East and David Perry. We pray that all who live, visit and work there may encounter your love and peace in their daily lives.

Sunday 14 December: Third Sunday of Advent 

Clarendon, Alderbury Deanery 

Jesus, Our Saviour,   

We pray for the community of Clarendon. We pray for the people who live and work there and those who minister to them, including the clergy, Simon Chambers and Jane Dunlop. 

We thank you for the staff, students and families of Pickwick Academy Trust and Whiteparish All Saints Primary School. 

In our prayers for the Episcopal church, we pray for Igreja Episcopal Anglicana do Brasil.
