Reading this week’s prayers is Simon Pope. Simon is a curate in the Avon River Team, a benefice of seven churches to the north and east of Stonehenge. Simon is married with two adult children and has a passion to reach and enable all people to know the love of God. In his spare time he enjoys walking in mountains or along the coast, and enjoys all kinds of sport, even supporting his team Everton (which is a bit of a struggle right now!).
