St Mary’s Longfleet, Poole (SML) is a large, vibrant, multi-generational church on the South Coast. We are looking to appoint an inspiring Worship Pastor, with strong team-building skills, to join the staff team and pursue a commitment to our vision, ‘To grow adventurous disciples who take joy in making Jesus known in our communities and beyond’.

Salary: £32,500- £35,992
Hours: 40 hours per week
