Loving God,
We pray for Holy Trinity, Jersey Deanery and its Clergy: Geoff Houghton. We give thanks for the Licensed Lay Ministry of Angela Le Sueur, Fleur Benest and Helen Hamilton, and ask God’s continued blessing upon the work of Children and Families worker, Sarah Prosser at the local school and amongst the church family. We give thanks too for the strengthening of the link with Bishop Martin Gordon of the Goma Diocese in the DRC.

We pray today your blessing today on St Saviour, Jersey Deanery and its Clergy: Martin Evans. We pray for all at St Saviour that keep everything running smoothly, and that we will always offer a warm welcome to those visiting.

Father God,
Thank you Lord for St Luke with St James, Jersey Deanery and its Clergy: Nick Barry. We give thanks for those with us for the blessing of growing numbers of young families and children in the congregation and pray for the team who work with the children. We pray also for God’s blessing and guidance as we embark on a significant church restoration project in the New Year. In our link dioceses of South Sudan and Sudan: We pray for the Rt Revd Gabriel Kuol Garang, Bishop of Wernyol in South Sudan.

Thank you today for St Peter, Jersey Deanery and its Clergy: Robert Harris. We give thanks for all those who have visited St. Peter’s Christmas Tree Festival and for those who made it possible. May Jesus, the true light and love of Christmas, fill all their hearts and minds with peace and joy.

We pray your blessing upon for all staff In the diocese, in all the various offices and departments from the Wessex downs to the Channel Islands We pray that although we may be geographically challenged at times with all the different locations, that our work together will achieve unity and cohesion. We pray too for the development of the vision and strategy and for all the work to Make Jesus Known that is going on in churches, schools and communities. Amen
