Cycle of Prayer 29 July- 4 August

Reading this week's prayers is Dan Parker. Dan Parker is a qualified accountant and serves as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer at the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust where he has worked for the last seven years. DSAT is a Schools Trust serving the needs of 28 church schools within the Diocese of Salisbury which has a vision for the growth of thriving Christian learning communities. Prior to joining DSAT, Dan has held finance management roles at an FE college in Southampton and previous to that, a housing association in Bournemouth that provided a diverse range of housing, support and learning services for socially excluded people. He and his wife live in Christchurch and are seeking a move towards Poole where they are members of St Mary’s, Longfleet. They have three daughters – all in their twenties - and are kept busy with their Border/ Patterdale terrier cross named Winnie. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing bass guitar and supporting his favourite football team, Southampton FC.
