30 September 

Lord of all, 

We pray today for the communities of Branksome St Aldhelm, Poole & North Bournemouth and their Clergy: Pip Martin, Robyn Golden-Hann and Licensed Lay Minister: Rona Orme. 

In a time of conflict across our world, we pray that each Parish Church may be an oasis of calm and of compassion, a place of profound worship and wonder. 

We raise to you the children, staff and families of Poole Bishop Aldhelm's CE Primary School

1 October 

Lord, 

Today we pray for the community of Branksome St Clement and their Clergy: Lerys Campbell, Lynn Bowerman, Mo Willis and licensed Lay Minister : John Fisher. 

We pray for the Church community to grow in number and depth as we reach out to the parish and beyond. 

Amen 

2 October 

Creator God, 

We pray your blessing upon the communities of Broadstone, Poole & North Bournemouth and their Clergy: Helen Bailey, Gary Waldron, Patrick Hastings, Paul Renyard. 

We pray for the children's work at St John's, especially Muddy Church, that the families who are part of this fresh expression, may grow in discipleship and commitment. We ask you will bless the ministry of our new Curate, Gary Waldron. 

We pray for the desire to grow in discipleship at St John's through emerging study groups and opportunities, that we may see new ministries flourish. 

In our prayers for Episcopal Churches in South Sudan and Sudan: We pray for the Rt Revd Abraham Yei Nhial, Bishop of Aweil in South Sudan.

Our Lord and our God, 

We thank you for the communities of Canford Cliffs and Sandbanks and thier Clergy: Andrew O’Brien and Pam Wise. 

We give thanks for this very friendly and welcoming church and pray you continue to bless those who worship here as well as those who live in its parish. 

4 October 

Lord Jesus, 

Thank you for the communities of Ensbury Park in  Poole & North Bournemouth their Clergy: Simon Evans, David Wheeler, and Margaret Evans. 

We pray for the continuation of the Welcome Spaces project and all those who come for support to it.  We pray also for our preparations to become a Severe Weather Emergency Protocol host venue during the coming winter. May you richly bless the ministry offered in and by this place.

5 October 

Holy Lord 

Today we pray for the community of  Hamworthy and their Clergy: Tessa Nisbet, Ashley Ross and Ruth Peers. We raise to you Licensed Lay Minister's: Viv Robertson and  Jenny Baldock. 

We pray for the work amongst families and young people in Hamworthy and Turlin Moor. 

We pray for the Thursday Night group for 7-11 year olds continues to thrive and that more children choose to follow Jesus. We raise to you the new Fresh Expression in Turlin Moor, the Wednesday Thing, which offers a community meal – that  it may reach all in need of this ministry.

6 October – The Nineteenth Sunday after Trinity, 

We raise to you the community of Heatherlands St John, Poole & North Bournemouth and their Clergy: David Price, Debbie Smith and Children & Families Worker: Bex Simpkins. 

We praise God for: 

• the successful completion of the new church building at The Church of the Good Shepherd, 

• and the generous giving to make this possible; 

• and we thank you for the vibrant community life in and around the parish church, St John's. 

We pray also for: 

• the dedication of the new church building by Bishop Stephen; 

• the new minister of The Church of the Good Shepherd, Revd Debbie Smith; 

• and the autumn vision days for the District Church Councils at St John's and Church of the Good Shepherd. 

In our Anglican Cycle of Prayer: We pray for The Anglican Church of Papua New Guinea.
