We pray for Castel, Guernsey Deanery, and its clergy, Rt Revd Nick Drayson as he adjusts to his new ministry after years of service as a Bishop in South America. We pray for growth in numbers, spiritual depth and variety at the parish church of Ste Marie du Câstel.

Lord of all,
Thank you for Vale, Guernsey Deanery and its Clergy: Bev Herve. We pray for the parishioners of the Vale, for those who have lost loved ones recently and all those who come to the door seeking the presence of Christ. As the newly commissioned Lay Pastoral Assistant begins her ministry, we pray that she may be strengthened and guided in all she does.

In our prayers today Lord,
we raise to you the patients and staff of the The Princess Elizabeth Hospital in Guernsey Deanery and its Chaplain: Linda Le Vasseur. We pray your blessing upon the Health and Social Care Guernsey Chaplaincy team and for the new spiritual care centre. We pray you bring more chaplaincy volunteers, for the setting up of a chaplaincy service at Le Mignot Hospital, Alderney. We give thanks for the growing use of the chaplaincy service. In our prayers for the Episcopal Churches in South Sudan and Sudan: We pray for the Rt Revd Peter Gatbel Kunen Lual, Bishop of Maiwut in South Sudan.

Lord God,
We pray today for St John and Guernsey Prison, Guernsey Deanery and its Clergy: Solveig Sonet. We pray as outreach continues in the local community, giving thanks for the success of our Community Hedge Veg. We pray for the various groups and meetings happening during the week, and for all who volunteer and work to make these happen. For God's continued inspiration to help raise funds for the East Window appeal. For the Pastoral Team, Licenced Lay Ministers and Churchwardens Annette Stewart and Paul Chambers.
