Every year, our churches Ride + Stride on the second Saturday in September to raise funds for local churches and the Dorset/Wiltshire Historic Churches Trust, and this year was no different!
Two webinars exploring perspectives on the war in Gaza, organised by the diocesan justice network Seeing Differently, included reflections from Christian and Jewish leaders in the UK and in Israel and Palestine.
A Dorset church has been saved from collapse by the fundraising efforts of its village.
This Saturday 27th September, the following 5 people will be admitted to the office of Licensed Lay Minister having successfully completed their two years of training at Sarum College. Everyone is invited to join the service at Salisbury Cathedral at11:00.

Last Sunday, the Swanage Lifeboat Station was blessed on its 150th anniversary with Bishop Stephen.
Christ Church’s Heritage Celebration events in July attracted over 550 people of all ages and were supported by 46 volunteers! Huge thanks were given to The National Lottery Heritage Fund, who made it all possible.
