We are delighted to be able to invite expressions of interest in two new advisory roles, to support the development and implementation of the diocesan vision to Make Jesus Known in every place so that all may flourish and growing, seeking His kingdom here and now.
Bishop’s Advisor on Climate Justice will work with a dedicated team from the DBF and wider diocese to provide theological insight and leadership in parishes and across the wider diocese through raising awareness and building engagement of issues relation to climate action and providing support and resources for clergy and lay leaders.
It is envisaged that both these roles will be combined with an existing stipendiary post, with up to 2 days spent on the advisory role. We would, however, be open to exploring other options with interested candidates.
If you would like to express your interest or would welcome a conversation around either of these roles, please contact the Bishop’s Missioner Jonathan Triffitt (jonathan.triffitt@salisbury.anglican.org/ 07955 246940)
Closing date for expressions of interest by the close of Friday 24 January 2025.
