During Evensong on Monday 23 September, four new canons were installed into the College of Canons. In a service held at Salisbury Cathedral, The Revd Kate McFarlane (Rector of the Benefice of St Bartholomew in Semley), The Revd Paul Brooks (Vicar of St Paul's in Jersey), Alan Smith (First Church Estates Commissioner for the Church of England) and Sue de Candole (Diocesan Registrar), were installed by Bishop Stephen.

On Sunday 1 September, Creation Sunday at the start of Creationtide, St John's Church in Broadstone celebrated their Silver Eco Church Award. When the St John's Eco Gang will be leading the morning service.
